Walking for wellbeing is about doing just that - reconnecting with the elements in order to reconnect with and uplift ourselves. Nature is so therapeutic and re-immersing ourselves back into the natural world lifts and rebalances us physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Walking for wellbeing is about de-stressing nature's way. Come for a 7- day walking option where you get to choose your routes (and thus distances) and pace. Longer stays are available at a discounted rate. (A minimum of 3 nights' stay is required.) WHAT TO EXPECT: • Daily guided easy to moderate walks ranging from 2 to 8 hours depending on your choices/distances. • Stunning countryside on every route. • Opportunities to: visit markets & medieval towns, swim in lakes & rivers, visit castles & caves, savour great wine-tasting moments & gastro restaurants. • Welcome aperitif. INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: • Airport/train station transfers from: Carcassonne, Bram, Foix or Castelnaudary (supplement for elsewhere). • All transportation to and from all walks in the region (if not starting from the Razès Gîtes). • Accommodation @ the Razès Gîtes (fully equipped apartments). • Cost of entry into all Cathare castles where chosen. • Professional guide on all walks. OPTIONAL EXTRAS: • Continental breakfasts and/or picnic lunches and/or evening meal. • Inclusion of wellbeing activities into your schedule (as listed under the Wellbeing Activities page). • Airport pick-up/drop-off from Toulouse, Béziers or Perpignan at an additional supplement of €100.
