Whether you come alone, with a partner or friend, self-guided retreats are about inviting choice and freedom into your holiday, and perhaps re-connecting with the natural world at a slower or faster rhythm to suit you best. Whether you want to come for 5, 7 days or longer, you choose the dates that are convenient for you and your flights. (Longer stays are available at a discounted rate; a minimum stay of 3 nights applies). We have a wide range of books and maps detailing walks throughout Occitanie - (Aude, Ariège, Hérault & Pyrénées Orientales départements). and books and pamphlets about the region's flora and fauna and our own publication, A Week in the Razès, outlining some of the best things to see and do in the area. INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: • Accommodation @ the Razès Gîtes (fully equipped apartments). • Airport/train station transfers from: Carcassonne, Bram, Foix or Castelnaudary. • Welcome aperitif. • Stunning countryside and peaceful villages all around. • Opportunities to: visit markets & medieval towns, swim in lakes & rivers, visit castles & caves, savour great wine-tasting moments & gastro restaurants. OPTIONAL EXTRAS: • Transportation to and from all walks in the region (if not starting from the Razès Gîtes). • Continental breakfasts and/or picnic lunches and/or evening meal. • Professional guide on walks. • Inclusion of wellbeing activities into your schedule (as listed under the Wellbeing Activities page). • Airport pick-up/drop-off from Toulouse, Béziers or Perpignan at an additional supplement of €100. THE BOTTOM LINE: • Price per person per day Self-Catering = €65. • Price per person per day Bed & Breakfast = €75. • Price per person per day Half-Board = €86 (includes the above plus picnic lunch). • Price per person per day Full-Board = €111 (includes the above plus 3-course dinner and wine). DISCOUNTS: • Two people sharing one gîte for 7 nights or more = a discount of €300 will apply. • A 10% discount on accommodation will apply for 7 nights, 15% discount on 10 nights, and 20% discount on 14 nights.
