Midday, enjoy leisurely picnics with local flavours, soaking up the tranquillity and charm of the region. Evenings are spent in welcoming gîte d’étapes where comfort and connection make for restful nights.
Walks range from 10- to 25-kilometers per day, tailored to your level of challenge and curiosity. You’ll be guided by a knowledgeable professional and supported throughout , allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the rhythm of the trail. WHAT TO EXPECT ON YOUR RETREAT:
• Daily guided walking ranging from 10 - 15 kms depending on your choice of distance.
• Stunning countryside on every route.
• Opportunities to: visit markets & medieval towns, swim in lakes & rivers, visit castles, savour great wine-tasting moments & gastro restaurants.
• You must carry your own backpack (no more than 10 kgs max is advised).
• Lunch and daily snacks are at your own expense.
INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
• Free airport/train station transfers from: Carcassonne, Bram, Foix or Castelnaudary.
• Half-board accommodation in the gîte d'étape each night (breakfast and dinner).
• Professionally certified female guide on all walks.

OPTIONAL EXTRAS:
• Airport pick-up/drop-off from Toulouse, Béziers or Perpignan at an additional supplement of €100.
